Those are incredible statistics! Smartphone users are clearly interested in interacting with the services and products advertised to them, but many companies are not capitalizing on this proclivity. Websites that are not optimized for mobile web are often slow to load, difficult to interact with, and overly confusing for the small screens of many mobile phones. These companies must be losing customers left and right.
