Commerce Associates manages the Slater, Commerce, Central and 365 Main Street Buildings, located in the heart of downtown Worcester. Commerce Associates turned to AndPlus for a new website design and extra functionality that could help them better manage their historic commercial buildings. AndPlus developed a way to showcase their space availability and let users inquire about certain spaces. We also developed an area for tenants to login, where they can now manage their contact information, submit work orders, view past work orders, and read recent news submitted by Commerce Associates. AndPlus developed the tenant account so in the future all tenants will be able to pay rent and parking invoices through their login!
