In 2016, AndPlus delivered a beautifully designed iPad sales catalog for Cognex. This digital transformation effort was led by the sales and marketing team in order to keep track of continually updated content. This also changed how the sales team would prepare and present sales material to prospects.
AndPlus created an easy to use CMS to allow the marketing team to update content without the need for an app update. We baked in a native feature to allow new products to be launched on the application with very little effort.
Our design and engineering teams worked together to deliver a native iPad application that allowed Cognex to add a layer of efficiency in their sales and marketing practice. That's the AndPlus advantage.
The design and development of machine vision software is under heavy research and we're passionate about being part of the advancement of the field. As this technology grows, the computational power required to execute the software grows with it. With Google and Apple introducing machine learning frameworks designed for mobile devices (Tensorflow Lite and Core ML), we're taking the initiative to incorporate them in our research and development.
