This online tool, is designed to assess your organization's readiness to begin a digital product development process. The assessment can help to expedite the development process and, more importantly, help to ensure the overall success of your development project.
The assessment consists of 20 yes/no questions that are used to determine the readiness of a software development project across 4 key areas : product vision, time, budget, and scope.
The assessment should take approximately 5 minutes, to complete. After completing the questions, the tool will provide a readiness rating for each of the 4 areas, along with an overall project readiness rating.
You can obtain a copy of your question responses via email by submitting your email address on the results page. From the assessment results page, you can also access a detailed assessment analysis and additional project development resources.
